1. MODALITÀ DEL GIOCO
La Billie Jean King Cup di WTA Guess quest'anno cambierà format: ogni novembre le 16 nazioni si sfideranno in un tabellone ad eliminazione diretta per contendersi il titolo di migliore nazione del mondo.
Ogni nazione sarà guidata da un capitano che dovrà prendere tutte le decisioni importanti per la nazione.
Il tabellone sarà determinato tramite un sorteggio e le quattro teste di serie saranno stabilite sulla base delle nazioni che hanno raggiunto le semifinali l'anno precedente.
2. I CAPITANI
I capitani avranno sempre un ruolo decisivo, ma dal 2024 le scelte che dovranno prendere cambieranno: dovranno convocare solo QUATTRO giocatori della propria nazione e schierarne DUE per il singolo e i RESTANTI DUE per il doppio.
La convocazione verrà stabilita prima dell'inizio del torneo e sarà sempre la stessa per ogni turno, dagli ottavi all'eventuale finale.
Se i capitani non effettueranno le convocazioni entro il tempo limite, lo Staff eseguirà delle convocazioni d’ufficio schierando i primi due giocatori nel ranking di singolo e i primi due nel ranking di doppio.
I capitani possono auto-schierarsi ma NESSUN GIOCATORE potrà giocare PIÙ DI UN MATCH per ogni turno per garantire a tutti di partecipare. Sia i giocatori schierati in singolo che quelli schierati in doppio guadagneranno punti esclusivamente nella classifica di singolo.
Non ci saranno riserve: se un giocatore non invia la sua Schedona darà automaticamente walkover (a meno che il suo avversario non faccia lo stesso, e in tal caso avanzerà il giocatore dal ranking più alto).
La sede sarà neutra, quindi nessuna squadra beneficierà di punti bonus per la superficie.
Il capitano resta in carica un anno, mentre l'anno successivo può essere confermato o sostituito.
3. SCONTRI DIRETTI
I due singolaristi, e da quest’anno anche i doppisti, pronosticheranno tutti i match di SINGOLO di quella giornata.
Ogni incontro si concluderà anche qualora i match portati a termine siano meno del 67% di quelli presenti nella Schedona. (in caso di ritiri prima della fine del primo set).
Chi vince un match consegna un punto alla propria nazione.
In caso di pareggio in un match di singolo, i criteri per lo spareggio sono i seguenti:
0) si guarda al numero totale di vincitrici indovinate in quel turno
1) si guarda il primo match di spareggio
2) si guarda il secondo match di spareggio
3) miglior Ranking
In caso di pari merito nel doppio, verrà considerato valido il pronostico esatto del match di spareggio del componente della squadra che si è avvicinato maggiormente.
In caso di parità tra le due coppie, verrà considerato il match di spareggio del giocatore della coppia che si è avvicinato maggiormente
In caso di ulteriore pareggio, vincerà la coppia (e di conseguenza la squadra) che ha totalizzato più punti nel torneo
Se anche i punti totali del torneo saranno uguali, vincerà la squadra più alta nel ranking delle nazioni.
4. CALENDARIO
I due singolaristi e i due doppisti pronosticheranno gli stessi match reali di singolo. Saranno ritenuti validi i pronostici anche in caso una delle due giocatrici fosse sostituita all'ultimo da una connazionale.
5. PUNTEGGI
Le Billie Jean King Cup Finals di WTA Guess darà dei punti valevoli per la classifica finale di singolo (anche a chi è stato schierato solo in doppio), in modo tale da incentivare gli utenti a giocare per la propria nazione.
I punteggi saranno rivelati più avanti nella stagione.

1. GAME MODE
The Billie Jean King Cup by WTA Guess will change its format this year: each November, 16 nations will compete in a direct elimination bracket to win the title of the world's best nation. Each nation will be led by a captain who will make all the important decisions for the team. The bracket will be determined through a draw, and the four seeds will be based on the nations that reached the semifinals the previous year.
2. THE CAPTAINS
Captains will always have a decisive role, but starting in 2024, the choices they must make will change: they will need to select only FOUR players from their nation and choose TWO for singles and the REMAINING TWO for doubles. The selection will be established before the start of the tournament and will remain the same for each round, from the round of 16 to the potential final. If captains fail to make the selections within the time limit, the Staff will make official selections by fielding the top two players in the singles and doubles rankings. Captains themselves can play, but NO PLAYER can play MORE THAN ONE MATCH per round to ensure everyone gets a chance to participate. Both singles and doubles players will earn points exclusively in the singles ranking. There will be no reserves: if a player does not submit their Schedona, they will automatically give a walkover unless their opponent does the same, in which case the higher-ranked player will advance. The venue will be neutral, so no team will receive bonus points for the surface. The captain remains in office for one year, and the following year, they can be confirmed or replaced.
3. HEAD-TO-HEAD MATCHES
The two singles players, and from this year the doubles players as well, will predict all the SINGLES matches of that day. Each match will conclude even if the completed matches are less than 67% of those on the lineup (in case of retirements before the end of the first set). The winner of a match contributes one point to their nation. In the event of a tie in a singles match, the tiebreaker criteria are as follows:
0) total number of correctly predicted winners in that round
1) the first tiebreaker match
2) the second tiebreaker match
3) better ranking. In case of a tie in doubles, the correct prediction of the tiebreaker match by the team member who came closest will be considered valid.
In case of equality between the two pairs, the tiebreaker match of the player from the pair who came closest will be considered. In case of further tie, the team (and consequently the nation) that has accumulated more points in the tournament will win. If the total tournament points are also equal, the team with the higher ranking among the nations will win.
4. CALENDAR
The two singles players and the two doubles players will predict the same real singles matches. Predictions will be considered valid even if one of the two players is replaced at the last minute by a compatriot.
5. SCORES
The Billie Jean King Cup Finals by WTA Guess will award points for the final singles standings (even for those only fielded in doubles), encouraging users to play for their nation. The scores will be revealed later in the season.
