Ciao a tutti,
con il termine di questa stagione lo staff di WtaGuess vuole esporvi un po' di questioni riguardanti la stagione appena terminata e anche la stagione 2019 che seguirà.
Come in molti ormai sapete in questi ultimi mesi abbiamo perso due dei membri fondamentali di questo sito, Boh e Manuel, fondamentali soprattutto perché erano i programmatori e quindi coloro che sapevano risolvere tutte le difficoltà informatiche che incontravamo e che in questo periodo ForumFree ha deciso di aumentare sempre di più. Avrete infatti notato che molte funzionalità esistenti hanno cessato di esistere, come il calcola differenze e anche il semplice H2H. Purtroppo questi sono solo la punta dell’iceberg, perché a livello di organizzazione interna nostra tutti i programmi, dalla pubblicazione delle schedone all’aggiornamento delle Entry lists hanno subito grandi cambiamenti portandoci a perdere tanto, se non troppo, tempo personale a portare avanti questo gioco.
Altra problematica è dovuta proprio all’ultimo punto, essendo rimasti in 3 principalmente, negli ultimi mesi per impegni legati allo studio e soprattutto al lavoro anche il nostro tempo libero da dedicare al forum è diminuito vertiginosamente, e pensiamo che la situazione potrebbe non andare meglio a partire dall’anno nuovo.
Questo messaggio è stato quindi scritto con lo scopo sia di informare tutti di ciò che sta accadendo e della situazione abbastanza pesante che da qualche mese stiamo sopportando, sia per richiedere un vostro aiuto.
L’aiuto che chiediamo è davvero ampio, va dalla possibilità di entrare a far parte dello Staff e quindi dedicarsi alle mansioni classiche dello staffer, come la gestione del gioco, alla possibilità di poterci aiutare concretamente se si possiedono delle competenze informatiche/di programmatori per poter risolvere i bug attuali o addirittura muovere il gioco su un sito totalmente dedicato.
Ultima cosa, come sapete nell’off season ci saranno i soliti dibattiti sulle possibilità di modifica del regolamento, quindi vi chiediamo di non essere timidi e di aiutarci a rendere questo gioco ancora più realistico e migliore con le vostre proposte.

with the 2018 season over the WtaGuess staff wants to share with you all some topics concerning this past season and the 2019 season.
As few of you guys might know, in these last past months we have lost two important members of the staff, Boh and Manuel, they were phundamental cause they were the programmers and so the ones who could sort every kind of tech issue we faced and ForumFree, in this last period, has decided to increase those kind of issues. As you have probably noticed many features have been taken down, like the differences calculator or the H2H track record. Unfortunately these bugs are just the tip of the iceberg, because at a bigger level, in the website maintenance, we are experiencing problems with all the main programs (from the schedonas posting to the entry list management) and this is taking away from us a lot, if not too much, of our free time.
Another issue is linked to the last point, in fact there are just three of us trying to make it all work, but in the last few months due to school and work commitment the time we could spend in trying to follow everything on the website has hugely decreased and we don’t think it will get any better in 2019.
This post has been written in order to inform you all members about what is happening to the game and about all the issues that we have to handle on a daily basis and in order to ask for you help!
The help we need is really broad, it can be about entering the staff team and so manage the website and take the main decision about the running of the game or it can be about helping us concretely with your IT skills and expertise in order to sort these and future bugs or maybe move the game to its own website.
Last but not least, we wanted to tell you that during the offseason this game doesn’t die, instead we will open many topics about future improvement of the game and we are so open to all you suggestions and advices to make this game and its rulebooks even more real and engaging.

Desidero ringraziarvi per tutto quello che avete fatto.
In 3 siete riusciti a fornire un servizio davvero efficiente;a parte alcune giornate(e ci mancherebbe anche altro) le schedone e gli aggiornamenti sono stati puntuali e precisi...addirittura più di quando i membri dello Staff erano 6-7.
Chapeaux ragazzi.
Spero si riescano a superare le difficoltà esistenti;io sono impegnato in un altro sito e Lucone conosce la mole di lavoro che ho quindi non riesco ad aiutarvi in questo senso anche se mi piacerebbe.
Un grande abbraccio ed appuntamento al 2019.
